Refund policy
Because Career Confidence Academy products are digital and provide immediate access to downloadable content, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.
What this means
All Career Confidence Academy products are digital products. All sales are final. There is no general refund or money-back guarantee for digital downloads.
You receive the full guide as soon as you pay, so a purchase cannot be returned. The only exceptions, a duplicate purchase and a wrong guide reported within 3 days, are explained below.
If you have trouble accessing your purchase
We will help. Email support@empoweredlivinggroup.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We read every message and typically respond within 24 hours on business days.
We can help when:
- You did not receive your download email.
- Your download link does not work.
- The file will not open.
- You received the wrong file.
In each case we will send you a working link or file.
Before you buy
Because sales are final, please take a moment to choose. The Find your guide page matches your situation to the right guide, and each product page shows what is inside. If you are still unsure, ask us first.
Duplicate orders and billing errors
If you were charged twice, or bought the same guide twice by mistake, email us with both order numbers. If you buy the same guide twice, we refund the duplicate.
If you bought the wrong guide
If you bought the wrong guide, email us within 3 days of your purchase and we will switch it for the right one.
