1. You complete checkout.
2. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page.
3. We email the same link to the address you used at checkout.

• Make sure you are looking at the email address you used at checkout.
• Still missing? Email support@empoweredlivinggroup.com with your order number. We will send the link again.

The guides are PDF files. You can open them on a phone, tablet or computer that reads PDF files. Save the file somewhere you will find it again.

You can use your link again to download your guide on another device.

Your purchase includes the version you buy. When a guide is updated, earlier buyers are offered the new version at a discounted price.

You may print your guide for your own use. Please do not share, resell or post it online.

If you buy the same guide twice, we refund the duplicate. If you bought the wrong guide, email us within 3 days of your purchase and we will switch it for the right one.

The guides include prompts for AI assistants. They do not include access to any AI tool. You use your own account with the tool you choose, and results differ from tool to tool. Personalize what you get and verify it before you use it.

Because Career Confidence Academy products are digital and provide immediate access to downloadable content, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.
