Lifetime Access & Updates: Where a Product is advertised with "lifetime access" or "future updates" (such as the Career Intelligence Playbook), this means you will continue to have access to that Product and any updates we make to it for as long as we continue to operate and offer that Product. It does not guarantee availability indefinitely if we discontinue a Product, the Site, or our business.

The Career Intelligence Playbook, our collections, frameworks (including the Direction Compass, Confidence Shield, Momentum Arrow, and Summit Plan), Free Resources, and all related content are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. ●    Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not directly store your full payment card information.
●    Discounted or "sale" pricing (such as a reduced price from a listed original price) reflects a limited-time offer and may change at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.
9. Refund Policy
Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued except where required by law. If you experience a technical issue accessing your Product, contact support@empoweredlivinggroup.com and we will work to resolve it.

Violation of this license may result in termination of your access and legal action.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within the Products — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the "Career Confidence Academy" and "Career Intelligence Playbook" names, the named frameworks (Direction Compass, Confidence Shield, Momentum Arrow, Summit Plan), templates, prompts, images, and design elements — is owned by Empowered Living Group or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that content to you.
12. Free Resources
Free Resources are provided as lead-generation tools and educational content. By requesting a Free Resource, you consent to receive follow-up emails from us as described in our Privacy Policy. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
13. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to:
